I started this project to help out new digital agency founders to start on the right foot.
I’ve run core teams in various large agencies in the UK, managing revenue and ad spends in the tens of millions.
Although not an agency founder myself (!), I’ve picked up a lot of skills and experience in running and optimising agencies from the ground up.
This is a passion project for me, and I hope you get some value from it. All the blog content on this site is free, as is the Launch Sequence newsletter. Courses and products may have a fee, as it’s very resource intensive to create high quality stuff!
